Whether you are a first time shooter, or have years of experience, The Bullet Hole Shooting Complex provides a safe shooting environment that the whole family can enjoy.

Our facility has a wide range of shooting enjoyment along with a range house that carries handguns, rifles and ammo! We have everything you need to have a great day of shooting!

RANGE FEES: $9.50 per day per person shooting with Range ID ($5.00 for ID).First timers must purchase a range ID. It is a onetime, lifetime photo ID.

If you are a Texas Concealed Handgun License holder and practice concealed carry, or you are thinking of acquiring your Texas Concealed Handgun License and practicing concealed carry, you owe it to yourself to become proficient in the use of your firearm.

Here at the Bullet Hole we have the marksmanship training to meet your needs. Our instructors have a wide range of shooting and instructing experience to provide you with quality firearms instruction. Nowhere else in San Antonio will you find instructors with the depth of experience and knowledge as ours.

Our Classes
Our classes are PRIVATE ONE ON ONE CLASSES taught with JUST YOU and the INSTRUCTOR or your own small group on a PRIVATE, COVERED RANGE!

About our Instructor:

Steven Cline, NRA Certified Pistol Instructor

Steven is a Master Class USPSA Single Stack shooter, the 2010 and 2011 Texas Single Stack Shootout Champion, two time AASA Nationals Champion (.22 rimfire 2010 Stock Auto 2011), 2011 Texas State Limited Single Stack Division winner and proud member of the Bullet Hole Shooting Complex Shooting Team.

As a former Captain in US Army Military Police Corps and former Johnson County, KS Deputy Sheriff, Steve can bring speed sport shooting and defensive tactics together.

While serving in the US Army Steve qualified Expert with M9 pistol and M-16 rifle, and served as the training officer for an MP Company. While a Deputy Sheriff, Steve graduated as Class Valedictorian and Top Gun from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center.

Currently Steve is a corporate security manager for the world's largest telecommunications company with duties including investigations and instructing classes on workplace violence and crime prevention. Steve has also produced numerous videos he freely shares on Youtube covering various shooting topics(search for "deadeyesteve"). 

Training Philosophy

If your instructor can't shoot, what business has he in trying teach you to shoot. Simply having a military or law enforcement background isn't enough and likely will lead to a dogmatic training mentality. The better LE and military shooters come into the shooting sports as D and low C class shooters. What would you expect to learn from them? At The Bullet Hole we adopt a PRAGMATIC approach that adapts to unique students while focusing on the fundamentals which truly matter. No Weaver Wackos, Modern Morons or Isosceles Idiots. No grip gurus. Learn to shoot well and fast with our minimalist approached jump-starting to shooting skills past those of 90% of gun owners in just three hours.
