Aegis Tactical, LLC is Sarasota, Bradenton Florida’s premier firearms training center. We offer highest qualified, NRA certified, Florida licensed, Florida CJSTC certified and insured firearms instructors that possess the knowledge, skills and attitude needed to properly and effectively train you in the safe and correct use of all firearms. We offer a variety of NRA certified and Florida State Certified firearms courses to fit your needs whether you are a beginner or a seasoned expert; our instructors are prepared to bring you to the next level. Our NRA courses and Florida CCW classes will give you the training and certificate you need to obtain a Florida Concealed Weapons/Firearms License. Courses start at $50 person. We also offer the Florida Statewide Firearms (“G”) License course for armed security guards weekly. We also hold weekly “G” License re-qualification classes weekly to help you keep your license up current.
Our instructors are held to the highest standards and are dedicated to providing you with knowledge and skills to safely and proficiently handle a firearm. They put all their time and effort into the course and not trying to sell you memberships, firearms or equipment. They are full-time firearms instructor’s, the true professionals. When your personal safety, safety of your loved ones, or your career is on the line, you need to make sure that you had the proper training.
All of our classes are held at our training center located at 2712 63rd Ave East in Bradenton. We use “Bullseye Indoor Pistol Range” and “Manatee County Gun Club” for all of our firearms qualification and course of fire. On the third Sunday of each month we host a Shooting Event (Tactical Shoot) at the Manatee Gun Club where we offer expert advice and training in real-life scenarios.
Our instructors also have also been used to testify as firearms training experts as well as firearms subject matter experts. We know the training that is required by law and the courts not just the minimum standards.
We hold firearms training classes 6 days a week as well as offer private lessons 7 days a week. Our concealed Weapons/Firearms class are held Every Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am.
We are now proud to offer HR-218 ( Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act) qualification classes to retired Law Enforcement Officers. Please contact us for scheduling.
If you decide not to use us for your firearms training make sure that wherever you go that the instructors are licensed, certified and insured, as well as have continued their training. Any licensed and certified instructor will proudly display and show you their credentials.
